I created an internal training document for Web Producers, Writers and others who were not familiar with using Adobe Analytics. This enabled novice users to access reports about their content.

I created an internal training document to help Web Producers use Decibel Insight to track on-page behavior and improve the UX of their content areas. The software has an abundance of features, which can be overwhelming to new users, so I focused my guide on helping users accomplish their most critical tasks.
