Onboarding Project (2026)

I worked as a Content Designer on the Merchant Experience Design team supporting merchant onboarding, the process a business goes through to get ready to accept payments via PayPal. The user flow includes creating an account, providing information about the business and its owners, and verifying that information. My work focused on making that experience easier to understand and navigate, helping more businesses complete onboarding and get started.
